Great stay and experience!
overall good experience with minor glitch; amazing location/views

We were here with 7 adults and 2 small children. I will try to be as factual as I can with a list of pros and cons. Overall, thought it was a great place to vacation and would go again except that the jacuzzi is not heated so there is no hot tub which is pretty important to us.
Pros= AMAZING LOCATION, so convenient to the beach, easy 1-2 minute stroll so great help with kids: Beautiful views: great pool which was heated (although the remote to control the pool/spa had no directions so not sure we used it correctly but the pool seemed to be warm): have a ex large umbrella and smaller umbrellas to use by the beach along with 6 beach chairs so that was very nice: small charcoal grill was located on the balcony and very convenient, we grilled steaks, fish, and corn on it: large speaker that was easily portable and we would plug it in by the pool and hook up our iphone so we had music playing while at the pool, it was great: Floor plan was great open kitchen to main living area with views, we would step out onto the balcony in the morning to have our coffee and enjoy the scenery: Kitchen was well equipped, had a regular coffee maker, but no blender.
Cons: our biggest glitch was that initially the description of this house said it had a hot tub but IT DOESN'T! the jacuzzi IS NOT HEATED SO PLEASE BE AWARE: there is wifi but it appears kind of slow however we were able to watch movies via a roku on the TV: there is only a second TV in the master bedroom, the other bedrooms have no TV/cable.

Our stay at our rental property was mixed. The house was VERY clean which was great, the views from balconies were great along with the size of the house and great master bedroom and awesome master bath. People in neighborhood were very friendly. The pool and spa were very nice, however more detailed instructions on how to use pool control remote are needed. The pool deck had a lot of weeds growing out of the paver's as well as weeds in landscaping around pool. This was disappointing given the price of the rental and quality of the house.House had a nice sound system however again more instructions on how to operate would be helpful. There was some apparent recent water damage that had just been repaired and their seemed to be an electrical panel issue with lights etc. in the master bath area, breaker tripped a few times.Overall a good stay, some attention to some of these details would be a big help as house has great views and location!
